  • QualiJet FP , for direct printing of fabrics for flags with disperse inks (new machine under development)
  • QualiJet TP, for sampling and very short runs, textile labs, education (new machine under development)
The technical choices

The QualiJet textile digital printers are developed under four milestones:

  • Standard print technology: declined from the conventional paper printers produced by digital industry leaders like Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, HP, etc., to inherit the most recent developments of this constantly evolving technology as also the reliability and scale economy of consumer products.
  • Textile concept : the QualiJet digital printers are first of all textile machines built to withstand the heavy textile industrial environment, therefore robust, precise, reliable, made to work in continuous cycle.  
  • The fabric is the system focus: the fabric feed is accurately controlled under all aspects, to ensure precise and constant positioning under the print-heads. The fabric introduction and transport system on an adhesive blanket prevents folds, fabric stretching and distortions wit subsequent print problems

  • Total quality: QualiJet textile ink-jet printers are built under highest quality standards to incorporate all the potential of the newest ink-jet technologies at maximum efficiency and production levels.
Software

The QualiJet HS printers can integrate QualiPrint print and rip software, developed to achieve the best possible efficiency, global production performances and color reproducibility. Anyhow, all QualiJet printers are open to other compatible print and rip software, to leave to the user the maximum flexibility.

Inks

Open ink system: the QualiJet printers can use all compatible textile inks. Textile print requires acid, reactive and disperse water based inks, depending on the fabric quality to be printed. Also pigmented and sublimatic inks can be used.
